Kitchen: with oven, microwave, dishwasher

1st floor:
Bedroom: 2 rooms with double beds + bathrooms. 1 room with 2 beds + bathroom
2nd floor:
Bedroom: 1 room with double bed + bathroom
Facilities: swimming pool (salt) 5 x 15 meters, depth 0.60-1.50 meters, open 01.04-31.10, terrace, garden, washing machine
Included in the price: bed linen, towels, final cleaning, air conditioning, electricity, water
Payable on site: deposit 1,000 Euro, cook 200 Euro + consumption, extra bed 140 Euro per week (max 2 beds)
Pets allowed (on request)
Arrival and departure every day of the week (minimum 5 days stay)
Distances: restaurant 2 km, shopping 8 km, Taormina 40 km, Catania 58 km
