Open kitchen (4 hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: mosquito net. Reserved parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

For shared use: property with trees, 2 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, tennis (extra), table tennis, boccia, beach volleyball, terrace, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, WiFi, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Grocery 100 m, supermarket 500 m, rocky beach 200 m. Nearby attractions: Porto Cesareo 33 km, Lecce 43 km. Please note: car-free holiday complex. Entertainment in the season. Suitable for families. Groups of teenagers on request only. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.
